Forest land portfolio for sale in Latvia, 553 ha

Here is a unique opportunity to acquire a forest property package in Latvia. The foundation Skogssällskapet, which owns around 50 000 ha of land and supports forest related research in Sweden, Finland and the Baltics, is selling parts of its well-managed forest holding in Latvia.
The forest property package for sale, consists of 20 separate properties with a total area of 553.47 ha, divided into 343.82 ha productive forest land, 148.43 ha agricultural land and 61.22ha other land. The standing volume is 46 754m3 according to the official Forest Management Plan updated in September 2025.
Sales conditions
The property package will be sold either as 20 properties in one package or as separate properties packages or as separate properties, owned by the subsidiaries Istra Mežs SIA and Jaunmežs SIA and wholly owned by Skogssallskapet Holding SIA.
